The Dwyer Group Acquires Real Property Management

On Monday, 2/26/2018 the acquisition of Property Management Business Solutions LLC, franchisor of Real Property Management, by The Dwyer Group was announced.  We are thrilled to be joining one of the most respected and largest franchise groups in North America, with more than 30 years of experience in the home-owner services niche' representing a portfolio of 20 brands and 3100 franchise owners.

Real Property Management’s Franchise Development team is excited about the acquisition.  However, this means we need to refile our Franchise Disclosure Document.  During this time, we will be unable to talk with potential franchisees.  We expect the refiling process to take approximately one month and be completed in most states by the end of March or the first week of April.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we update our state registrations.  We will be personally contacting any candidates who are currently in process and affected by the acquisition.  Our sincere apologies for those affected as we know how precious time is in the discovery process.  For candidates who are still interested in pursuing our brand when we are able to reengage, we will contact you first before proceeding.
